Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi,

  I bought a Sherpa snare to replace the standard one on my DTXpress 
III. I read the document in the files about setting up the Sherpa but 
I'm still at a loss as to how I plug both outputs from the snare into 
the brain without losing a tom or cymbal. Can the rim output be fed 
into the kick input? if so, has anyone got this to work? I've tried it 
and so far can't get a sound out of the rim. Help would be appreciated!
