Some other questions to help.. Is this a new problem? Has it been working fine for a period of time and it just stop working? Have you tried swapping cables? Use two other stereo cables to connect it to the module. Have you recently unplugged it and move it and perhaps reconnected the cables to the RHH130 jacks backwards? (I did this, and others have too, because we were in a hurry) Take the hihat pad output and plug it into the input jack 6 or 7 and set the trigger type to PCY130S. The top pad on the RHH130 is basically just a PCY130S with a few mods. Does the bow and edge work when plugged into the different input? If it does then the pad itself is ok. Let us know.
