Terry, I don't have a drawing, but it is fairly straightforward. You need two mono sockets and one stereo plug. Mono 1: socket tip to tip of stereo plug, sleeve to sleeve of stereo Mono 2: socket tip to RING of stereo plug, sleeve to sleeve of stereo Keith.
