Any other important information before I try this? > Its a while since I used it but: 1. if you don't have midi on your PC then the cheapest way is to use a "null modem cable" and use the PC1 or PC2 selection on the back of the DTXpress. You can make you own cable - see page 26 of the manual. I assume a USB to Midi module would also work. 2. The DTXpress cannot have any custom sounds added - the only sounds you get are the ones on the module. You can upload and download kits and I think there is a program around to edit kits on the PC as well, although I cannot see the point of that as when I create a kit it is by hearing it and tweaking on the module.
