Aye. My g/f has a baseline activity level of about 1.25 hours a day, and 
we think that's improved. She's also started losing weight, as opposed 
to gaining it, so she's happier with that.

Maybe, the graded exercise thing works for some but not for others, but 
yes, if it works it works. Exercise is why I got into kit drumming in 
the first place.
