My sister-in-law is an FM sufferer, which comes under the same umbrella, 
so - with your permission - I'd like to forward your tips onto her!

I've always believed diet and lifestyle play a large part in the management 
of such a condition and was only talking about this exact topic to my 
partner the other evening.  So I'm very interested to read a post that sort 
of shows up my theory as something tangible too.

She has already expressed an interest in drumming so maybe I can keep 
encouraging her to tinker with it as an exercise regime?  :-)
