Hi! I use a midi cable plugged into the joystick port. It is very cheap, and midi songs from your pc can be directly played from the brain without importing to the brain(and you can mute the drums). You can also record midi tracks from the dtxpress to your pc. I don't think it is a professionnal solution, but if you want to begin with midi, and just play with new songs, go with it. Besides, you will be able to save your kits or your songs. But you must know that the memory of the brain is not very large. Don't hesitate to ask me for more details. vivien
