I'm not familiar with that pedal but I do have a Pintech dual-zone pad. I had some trouble with settings initially and calling Pintech was very helpful. If you are not in the USA, they'll respond to e-mail. They were happy to help and had actually just picked up a DTXpress so they can work through the setup problems.
