Mitch,

I think it is a difficult one to track down because I don't think the
same problem applies to everyone. The earlier kick pads (KP55 rather
than KP65 I think) were a bit unreliable anyway. Even the new ones
break down, particularly if you are a heavy kicker. The foam breaks
down, the rubber becomes deformed, the connections break. My reject
settings are SelfrEJ=5, Rej=2 SpcRej=0 and I've never had any problems
but I am not a heavy hitter.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
