Chris, I'm glad you like DEXTD but I'm afraid I haven't looked at that programme for a number of years. It was designed to work with the DTXpress II as that is the only kit I have ever had. There are a few small differences in the sysex dump structures between the various models of the DTXpress and the programme is only set up to read the DTXpress II structure. For that reason, when it starts it asks the module to identify itself and, if it isn't a II then the programme disables two-way mode. I suspect it wouldn't be an enormous job to modify it to handle other models but there would be a few hurdles: - I don't have any other modules to test it on? - it was written under XP so I don't even know if it would compile for Vista or Win 7. - can I find the original source code? - can I find the time? - can I remember how to code in C++? - can I find the old sysex documentation for the DTXpress III Cheers, Peter
