Hi Will, I think that the DTXpress would work well for your band due to the volume control and ability to customize drum sounds. In addition to the kit, all you need to buy is a bass pedal and sticks. It does plug into an amp in mono or stereo using standard guitar cords. Consensus seems to be that a keyboard or the Roland amp designed for drums work best due to their ability to produce both the highs and lows needed for realistic sound. I use a Fender KXR 100 and am very happy with it. You can run other instruments or mics into it as well due to separate volume controls. Have fun, Rick -----Original Message----- From: spacepiperwsm@... <spacepiperwsm@...> To: DTXpress@yahoogroups.com <DTXpress@yahoogroups.com> Date: Sunday, November 11, 2001 4:37 PM Subject: [DTXpress] Thinking about buying a DTXpress... >Hey there.
