I use a 300W bi-amped PA with 15" bass unit which seems to sound pretty good and gets favourable comments. Even so, it doesn't have to be that loud to start to clip the amplifier so I guess you need a lot of power, particularly for reproducing the kick. Some sort of equalisation can help, although I tend to adjust that in the module and leave the PA flat. Keith.
