Jeff, Which version of the DTXpress is it? Under the display it will say DTXpress or DTXpress II etc. A factory reset should have set the values you might have screwed up back to something normal so I still suspect a hardware problem. PCB is "Printed Circuit Board". The jack socket in the module is soldered to a PCB in the box and repeated use could break that connection or the socket could be damaged. Does wiggling the connector make it sporadically work (not unplugging it - just moving it up/down or side to side)? Keith
