This has come up quite recently regarding headphone level output. Hidden away under the 'Util' button, is a master volume function - use the page keys to find it. It will probably be on 110, it can be increased up to 127. What mixer did you plug it into, and into what socket? I find the level of the output is fine. Did the mixer have a gain control? Oh well......
