Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi all,

Has anyone tried using a TP60 (single tom trigger) as kick trigger?  

Trying to find a solution to use my dw5000 double pedal and want to 
avoid dropping all the cash on a second kick trigger.
