Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Leon,

I have the book, but I haven't spent anytime with it other than 
getting the midi to work and listening to some of the midi files that 
playing examples of the exercises in the book. I don't know about 
there being help for midi-exchange??? I believe that you can order 
the book from www.russmiller.com . I don't know the ISDN number. I 
will try to dig my book out and get it for you.
