Wow ~ thanks so much for the quick reply! :) Yes, I do have another question. I do have Cakewalk so I have the ability of muting drum parts, but where do I get songs in Midi format that don't sound kind of hokey? Can I convert another file format to Midi successfully and then mute the drums? My goal is to play along with other songs that may be popular; not record my drum playing (at this point anyway!). So, if I wanted to play along with a Rush song or an Elton John song, I could, without hearing the existing drums in the song.....make sense? Is this possible? Thank you Vivien!
