You should be careful what type of kick trigger you
use with the kit, some trigger will create a pretty
severe thump for the person in the apartment
underneith you.  I know you can use the hihat pedal on
the dtxpress as a very quiet kick trigger.  The stock
kick trigger with roland's v-club set is also a quiet
choice
