Are Pintech Cymbals any good??

I'm considering purchasing two Pintech cymbals via the Internet and 
was wanting to hear from someone who is or has used them. Are they 
better or worse than the PCY60 cymbals that came with my DTXpress. 
One of my PCY60s has quit working right.
