In my experience, Pintech cymbals do not track particularly well, and they have a tendency to choke themselves. You might be able find a use for them as crashes, if you're not too picky, but they don't seem cut out to be rides. This is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. The more cymbals I try, the more I appreciate the Yamahas.
