I haven't tried this because I don't own a pcy-10, but silicone may work. Its great for handling vibrations. That's why most acoustic drum triggers are to be attached with silicone adhesive. It keeps the trigger from false triggering because it deadens it just enough. Take the felt you have between the pcy-10 and the cymbal pad and replace it with a piece of silicone. clear silicone adhesive is not quite as deadening as white.
