Stereo is this context refers to a pad with a pad piezo trigger and a 
rim switch trigger. On inputs 1-8 (stereo), You CANNOT use a dual pad 
(one with two piezo triggers) or two mono pads, each with a piezo 
trigger. A piezo trigger won't work on the rim function.
There is a post that thoroughly illuminates this fundamental 
difference. Two pads is NOT the same as one stereo pad. Just won't 
work. I'll try to find the post, and post it.
