Cool, thanks for the reply... I just found the "wave profiler" settings in the audio options, so I think that they're set right now. However, I've noticed some other weird things happening, and I already had those latency settings set quite low. I played for a while on Sunday, and I noticed that one time the latency was short, like a couple hundred milliseconds, but later, when I went back to do some others, it became HUGE, like 10's of seconds, up to almost 30, and there was never any dropout, just a long long delay. After resetting both the PC and the DTX, it was OK again. This seems to me to be more like the units are automatically replying back and forth, and there's no more bandwith on the midi cable to send the message. They get sent eventually, but after a while. Anyhow, I hope the latency settings take care of it, and it's just good to know that what I've setup so far is somewhat like what other people are doing with all this equipment! :) Chris --- In DTXpress@y..., "sgbworth" <sgbworth@y...> wrote: > You need to adjust your latency settings in cakewalk.
