joep I've not tried this, but I think you would have to go into the tom voices to find something suitable. You will probably need to reduce the reverb, and shorten the decay for a good sound. You may also need to layer two voices to get the proper attack sound, which usually is much sharper for snare. Anybody ever tried this?
