I've been able to get one of these in my kit, and though I haven't had a lot of time with it, my first impressions are really positive. It tracks well, seems to bring out the best in the Yamaha ride sounds (that's saying something), has a nice feel, and doesn't make a lot of noise. But at this point, what I like best about it is that if you choose the right combination of ride for the body and crash for the rim, you can get that kind of symbiotic ride/crash effect that an acoustic ride will give you when it swings just right. I've never been able to get that with a Roland or Yamaha. Also, the price is right. I wonder how it stacks up against the Harts.
