Re: dtxtreme trigger module

2002-12-22 by liberatusvirus <liberatusvirus@yahoo.com>

Hi JM,

I don't own the DTXTU module, but since the two cymbals that come
with the DTXtreme package are PCY80S, and the high hat is the TP80S,
it seems a good bet that you can get a rimshot sound out of the
TP65S, since it's the same technology. Do inputs 1-8 have a "rim"
setup option? For example, if you put your snare in input 2, can you
hit the rim and get a setup screen in the voice menu for rim 2? If
so, you can use it to program a rimshot. If Walt sees your question,
he'll probably have the definitive answer; he owns the module, too.
