Hi JM, I don't own the DTXTU module, but since the two cymbals that come with the DTXtreme package are PCY80S, and the high hat is the TP80S, it seems a good bet that you can get a rimshot sound out of the TP65S, since it's the same technology. Do inputs 1-8 have a "rim" setup option? For example, if you put your snare in input 2, can you hit the rim and get a setup screen in the voice menu for rim 2? If so, you can use it to program a rimshot. If Walt sees your question, he'll probably have the definitive answer; he owns the module, too.
