Re: Wow this is great! Some questions about the brain

Hey man, just wait till you get the pads and then you'll be having
some fun! I also just got my DTXII last week and its a blast!

To answer your first question, yes you can loop the songs. To do
this, simply push the <song> button and you'll be taken to the song
menu. Now you can select any of the 95 songs to play along to by
pressing the <+> and <-> Value buttons. (Also notice how the cursor
is blinking on the number of the song you have chosen.) Next, you
can press the Sel buttons which look like < and > to move your
cursor onto an arrow on the very right of the menu. When your
cursor is blinking on this arrow you can press the <+> and <-> Value
buttons to swtich between playback modes. The straight arrow means
the song will play only once and stop, while the arrow looping
around means the song will repeat.

You do not have to use the preset drumkits with each song
they "belong" to. I simply select the kit I want and then press the
song button and began to play with whatever drumkit I selected.

I hope my instructions were useful, but trust me, if you read your
instruction book and ask MANY questions here, such as I have, you'll
be an expert in no time! :) Now go get some blisters!
