Hi Brett I tried the trigger described at http://derksens.com/E-drums/Beatnik/trigger(Page13).htm and it was easy to build. There is another useful site at http://edrum.for.free.fr/index.php which requires free registration to access. Gary posted his very detailed designs at http://oneaccord.homestead.com/edrum.html I was also inspired to build my own when I saw how little was actually inside the commercial pads at http://64.91.37.32/drumtools.htm you get to see some pads being dismantled in the section called "Guts of the Edrum". Good luck R R --- In DTXpress@yahoogroups.com, "liberatusvirus <liberatusvirus@y...>" <liberatusvirus@y...> wrote: > Brett, > > A drummer named "Beatnik" used to have his own DIY site for > triggers.
