Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi Mark,
Use a carpet to (minimum size to fit under your stool and the kick pedal, or better still, sized to take the frame, pedals, and stool.
Then make the screw points bite into the carpet - problem solved.

You can set the DTXpress for live play mode so the kick and snare volumes are available direct without having to press shift (its under UTILS somewhere).
