Hi Entrancer, and welcome! The most often mentioned weak link seems to be the kick (KP60), but since Yamaha redesigned it on the DTXpressII, we're all waiting to see how it performs. Other than that, sometimes the cymbal pads get some contamination on them that can be easily cleaned (again, the DTXPress versions), and of course, the more it is moved about, the possibility of cable problems increases. Overall I think you'll find it pretty solid, and hope it is as much of a blast for you as it is for us!
