NO! only increase it gradually until the crosstalk stops.  The menu 
reads: TRIG IN= ___ (Your cymbal pad number here_)
SPCRej=___ (Gradually increase this value)
frm=___ ( your tom pad number)

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
