ok ii have finaly find how to have a better sensitivity with my acoustic drum with trigger Ddrum rather then clasic Yamah pad ( i select on input parameters misc 1 or DT snare for the snare ) but i still don't have enough loud sound on snare ( or tom ) when i play not so loud ( emesh head are not so quiet to play real hard on it after midnight ), the only way to have a enough loud sound while playing not real hard on snare is to set velocity to more then 35 , but then ghost not sound don't sound anymore like ghost note , to have good ghost note i have to set velocity to not more then 20 or 25 and gain to at least 80 , is there another thing i can try to change to have a good ghost note And have a enough loud sound when i play a "normal" hit on snare ( i mean not real hard hit ) ?? ( like i had with clasic Yamaha pad ) Thank You Stephane --- In DTXpress@yahoogroups.com, "dopmi <mapod@w...>" <mapod@w...> wrote: > Hi , rather then use Yamaha pad i use now my acoustic drum with Mesh > Head and Ddrum trigger , i don't have a good result for now : after > some change on Gain and Velocity i still have problem to have good > sensitivity of sound , to have a almost loud snare sound i have to > hit Real Hard on my snare , i had that even without start changing > after using Yamaha pad , so i guess there is something to change > somewhere when you change from clasic pad to acoustic drum with a > Ddrum triggering ? i remember that some of you used Ddrum kick pad , > what did you change to have a good sensitivity ? > Thank's > Stephane
