There are two things I could suggest. First try a different trigger setup. when in the normal display, press the page up button.Select the 'Trig = 3 EASY' setup. If this doesn't work, go back to normal. In the trigger setup menu select a different velocity curve. Try 'Loud 2' Hope this helps...
