Walt, I've advised Jade to ask Martin how to make sure that note numbers from the dtxII saved on an external device don't get different voices when kits change on the dtxII. That's the sticky point. You and I used the utility menu to find unassigned notes that we could use. Is Martin suggesting otherwise? That would be a change. But then what use is the note-changing facility in the utilty menu? So now both Jade and Walt have similar messages out to Martin. Because, as it stands now, we haven't eliminated all of the confusion.
