There are some people that you just can't please. That is what the law is for. There is a noise ordinance law. Find out what it is. In my city you can have fairly loud music until 10pm. That is the cutoff. If it was me I would get a copy of the ordnance and give it to the old biddy. Then I would tell her I don't need to please her, I just need to follow the letter of the law and if she persists in bugging me I would tell her that I will file a lawsuit for harassment.
