Connecting a Bar Pad to a external midi device (PM-16)

Is it possible to connect a bar pad, which has two pads on it, into 
an external midi device such as the PM-16?  Right now I have one bar 
pad connected into inputs 9/10, but what if I wanted to connect 
another bar pad?  Is it possible?  Thanks!
