Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi there. I'm new to the group.  I got a DTXpress II kit about a month 
ago.  I mostly play guitar & sequence stuff with Cubase.  I got sick of 
tapping in drum parts on the keyboard, so, since I played drums in a 
garage band in high school, I decided to lay down the percussion tracks 
with an electronic kit.  Now, I am having so much fun playing the 
DTXpress kit that I am neglecting my guitar ;-)

So, my questions are:

1. Is there a FAQ?  I have not used Yahoo groups before.  Point me to 
it, please.

2.  I not that the factory default setting prevents simultaneous playing 
of the snare and the hihat.  This struck me as weird at first, but from 
reading the manual it seems that it is a feature rather than a bug. 
 Something about preventing crosstalk.  I have tinkered with the reject 
settings, and at one point found a list of somebody's preferred settings 
in the group archive.  The question (finally) is, what exactly is meant 
by crosstalk in this context?  I expect that it is purely mechanical or 
sonic (i.e., vibration) transfer rather than electrical, no?  If it is 
mechanical, would a separate stand for the hh pad help?

3.  I have searched for some decent support webpages from Yamaha for the 
DTXpress, but so far they have eluded me.  Any hints?
