Yamaha's repsonsiveness does warm your heart, doesn't it? We gripe 
sometimes about the products--and we have to if we want a role in 
how they evolve--but we are lucky to have so good a relationship 
with the company. Dave, Dave, Martin, et al., if, by any chance 
you're reading these things, many thanks for your help. We really do 
appreciate it. That's how you build consumer loyalty.
