Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

hey all

im thinking about getting the DS9XPSII DTXPRESS.  2 concerns:

a) does it break down and move around easily?  can this thing take a 
beating and go on the road or is it a fragile kit that needs to stay 
in one place?

b) i've been playing 15 years; is this something that a pro can get a 
lot of use out of? or is more of a tinker-toy for the home/studio?

any comments would be greatly appreciated.
