Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

So, I've decided to add a Visu-lite ride cymbal to my (stock) DTXPress.
As far as attaching it goes, I'm thinking of getting any old cymbal boom 
arm and a Gibraltar multi-clamp, and maybe an extra angle brace or two to 
help stabilize the rack (mine only has two of the braces right now, and 
it's a bit wobbly). Is that really all there is to it, or are there 
any hidden bugbears I should watch out for? It seems too simple :P

I'm curious how those of you with monster-size kits constructed your
rack systems. Did you start with a master plan in mind, or just add on
bits and pieces of hardware here and there?
