I believe that there is a standard size for all these rack parts, but won't know till my order gets here. (I ordered on line from Musician's Friend.http://www.musiciansfriend.com/ ) I also ordered mesh heads (back-ordered till 10/15) for my "spare" acoustic kit and will use Logiztix plans ( http://www.logiztix.com/stix/ ) to mount triggers. Having played a bit on the V-drums, I'm convinced that "silent" mesh heads feel more realistic and take some of the impact/shock out of e-playing. I haven't found 18" mesh heads for my kick yet, but I am looking into Pearl's Rhythm Traveller heads. I know that http://www.triggerhead.com/ has 18" but their payment requirements are a pain!!! ( Never heard of Visa ?) I don't have a Swiss bank account. I will let you guys know when my Pintech clamps and heads get here...
