I don't think you can. The only thing we can assume would come close 
is the mythical PCY150 "triple zone" cymbal which hasn't been 
released. The only way you could get what you need is to give up one 
of your 9/10 inputs to a PCY10 bell pad, which is a regular piezo 
trigger.

I've been thinking about this I don't know how someone would go 
about making a membrane switch work over such a large area as a 
cymbal bell. Round a rim seems straightforward, but on a large flat 
area it must be quite likely that the switch would "collapse" on 
itself.
