Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Took apart a PCY80S and took some photos. They have been added to the 
photos section under "Inside the Dtxpress". The piezo is directly 
underneath the Yamaha logo. The plastic rim appears to have tiny 
rigids (they are smaller than the size of the tip of a sharp pencil) 
about every 1/4" along the center of the rim switch ribbon (FSR). The 
rigids are below the FSR ribbon material. It seems to have no effect 
on triggering or sensitivity, but is perhaps there to create 
a "standoff" for the rubber rigid that press's against the FSR.
