RS 60 or RS 80 Racks...What's the difference?

I have the RS 60 original DTXpress rack. But was wondering what the 
difference is between the RS 80?

Mainly I want to know if the pad arms & such are interchangable for 
installing on the RS-60 & RS 80?

Is the tubing larger?
