I didn't think that you were bad-mouthing the DTXpress, Yamaha, or 
the group. I agree with you about the cheap kit. My point was that 
assembling as much information as possible about what's available is 
a worthy goal. Right now, it's all either scattered or completely 
unavailable. Many people have to buy their e-drums without listening 
to them first, let alone get unbiased, firsthand information about 
them. We welcome discussion of all products here. Hell, my kit is 
ddrum, Pintech, Visulite, Drumtech, Pearl, and Yamaha, as well as 
odds and ends from other assorted companies. At one time or another, 
I've also owned Roland and Hart components. The people on this board 
are constantly demonstrating their openness, their politeness, and 
their range of experience and knowledge. We don't take offense, and 
we try not to give it.
