I started having this same problem, I just got my DTXpressII a couple of weeks ago, I just thigtened the arm clamps and bolts a wee'bit more, that almost solved the problem, then sometimes I would hit the HH pad and it would trigger the snare, realizing I had already made sure nothin was loose, I thought I was probably hittin the HH unnecesarily hard and that was it, I haven't had that problem again. I never thought drums could be so much fun, I haven't played my guitar and bass since I got my kit, I've already made notorious improvement on my endurance through relaxation and constant practice, I have only played my guitar once but not without playing with the bass drum and HH pedals at the same time.....
