Mike,

Sorry. You seem to be getting me in the lottery these days. The
impedance and and SPL are more propitious for volume than the 433s,
and the sealed design bodes well for keeping out the stick noise. The
only question is whether their sound will satisfy you, either because
of their own compromises or because of the little Yamaha headphone
amp's (in)ability to drive them cleanly. Here's the product review
from the Headroom Company:

"In years past, finding a good sounding sealed headphone was very
difficult. We now find ourselves in the midst of an abundance of
them, including the Sennheiser HD 202. These headphones are solid
performers in all areas, with an excellent tonal balance—neither too
warm nor too bright. Though they do exhibit the typical (for
inexpensive cans) "honkiness" in the mids, this flaw is quite modest,
and easily tolerable considering the price. Like other sealed
headphones in this price range, these cans are great for keeping the
kids' video game music out of the way or for keeping the sleeping
dormmates from waking up to your personal recording of a bar band
doing "Cum On Feel The Noize."
The HD 202 use a sealed, almost-circumaural headphone design. They
have small, circular, velour earpads that almost surround the ears,
but are not quite large enough to prevent the flat part of the
earpads from resting gently on the ears. The result is a set of
headphones that have the light weight and small size of a supra-aural
design, but have the secure fit and comfort of a circumaural model."

Unlike with studio cans, the construction does not seem to favor
heavy use, and the cord might get in your way. Make sure that you can
return them without penalty before you buy them.
