To All,

I have downloaded all the high-res. pics from the photo section to 
my local hard drive for safe keeping.

I have created two new sub-folders:

>Archived Drum Kit's

>New Drum Kit's

All of the current members albums will be moved to the Archived Drum 
Kit's area. Current members who have photo's there are encouraged to 
review and maintain their photo albums.

Any new photos that are being posted from this day forward should go 
into the New Drum Kit's photo album. The member posting should add a 
photo album with thier username under the New Drum Kit's photo 
section and should not put files directly in the New Drum Kit's 
section.

After about a month or so, I will move the files from the New 
section to the Archived section. When they are moved to the Archived 
section, I will download a copy of the high-res version to my local 
drive for safe keeping, so that if someone needs to see the high-res 
version, I can just repost it or email it directly to that member. 
Only the thumbnails and mid-res. photos will be saved.

This should help us maintain the largest number of photos in the 
long run, without running out of space.
