This has been discussed as extensively as the information and 
translation from Japanese allows just recently, so you should have a 
search of the archives. In summary, there seems to be a pair of 
models with different equipment levels:

* STD (standard). Basically equipped as per the current II, with a 
new rack.

* SP (special). New rack plus: new hi-hat controller, two PCY130 
round crash cymbals (stereo) and one PCY150 "threepio" (the three 
sound equivalent of stereo) with bow trigger plus edge and bell 
switches.

Both have the new III module, which is much as per II but 
with "cleaned up" sounds, particularly cymbals.

I want those cymbals, and I want them *now*.
