Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

My Christmas gift is so cool...
My 14-year-old daughter has been active with her church which includes
singing in the gospel choir. I have been recruited and have been practicing
with them the past few weeks and will be playing in front of people for the
1st time in over 30 years next week.
The DTXpress is hooked up to a Peavey PA and given the small size and
acoustic nature of the band- the ability to play at low volumes is just
right. This is so much fun- I wonder why I stopped doing it for a living.
Oh yeah, kids, marriage, bills.
I am sure that many members here aren't Christian and I want to apologize
for any perceived insensitivity that comes from Christmas greetings in a
forum. My wish is that all of us greet the new year with hope for the
possibility of peace.

Back at ya, and everyone else, from the management. Being the highly
festive and appreciative sort, we'll probably have occasion to send
along best wishes again before this year throws off its mortal coil.
